First Agent and Distributor Conference for the Industrial Division
Twenty-four representatives and agents from eighteen different countries were in attendance for the first Agent and Distributor Conference for the Industrial Compounding division.
After an informal get-together on Wednesday evening, technical presentations followed on Thursday October 24th, including an explanation of the latest, updated product portfolio. We spent our lunch break at the Melos Village, where we had the opportunity to really look around and enjoy everything the sport and leisure floors had to offer. The afternoon saw everyone regroup for further presentations, which covered a review of previous years in addition to the goals and visions for the future and the outlook towards 2025.
The lively discussions and exchange of various ideas for opportunities to shape the future showed all the participants how high the interest for further development of the Industrial Compounding sector at Melos GmbH is.
We finished the day with a group dinner and a traditional German game of skittles! Everyone involved commented on how much they enjoyed the opportunity to share their sporting prowess and dynamic team spirit.
It was a great team-building event that also offered scope to make completely new and unexpected contacts.
All in all, the conference was a real success with plenty of fascinating opportunities for all involved.
